Joint Venture Affiliate Marketing and
Support Program
ENSYTE has established a Joint Venture Affiliate partnership program
to broaden its marketing and product reach. This program is
open to any organization or individual that meets ENSYTE's criteria
for business ethics, reputation and commitment to working with joint
clients to create and sustain a long term business relationship. A
Joint Venture Agreement will be negotiated that spells out our mutual
responsibility for marketing/sales, implementation, product enhancements,
training and long term support.
The Benefits: For ENSYTE, we grow our business and
increase our product penetration into client organizations, For the
Affiliate, you open up an additional stream of income and you increase
your competitive position in you market area. This is a clear
Win-Win opportunity for both parties.
Typical Agreement
examples:
Independent engineers, geologists, financial analysts, etc.
elect to offer the PROPHET program to their clients and provide ongoing
consulting and support for the product. A JV Affiliate agreement
is setup whereby the affiliate earns a product licensing commission
as well as ongoing quarterly, semi-annual or annual product maintenance
or relicensing fees.
A Company offering complementary software and/or consulting services
enters into an agreement to integrate its products with the applicable
ENSYTE software and offers a more complete suite of products and
services to its clients. This is an excellent opportunity to
leverage and existing client base with new products and to leverage
the in-house customer support and service organization. A typical
example is an oil and gas accounting software company that prefers
to offer an independent solution such as ENSYTE's LANDTRAC land lease
or the PRISM production system to its clients instead of expending
its resources to upgrade or create its own proprietary products.
A
Company offering specific production or reservoir engineering products
might see a benefit from integrating its products with ENSYTE's PROPHET
economics and PRISM production database products to broaden its product
scope and become more competitive.
A Company may want to earn a finders
fee on a 'click through' traffic from a link on its website to the
ENSYTE product page. For
example, you offer a service with a substantial number of 'hits'
on your website and you feel that many of these hits could be profitably
directed to an ENSYTE product page. ENSYTE's hosting service
can capture your URL with the redirect and tag this site visitor
with your affiliate information so that a commission can be paid
if the redirect turns into a revenue customer. This business model
is the classic Internet marketing model used by any number of Internet
based businesses.
There are any number of agreement types and scope
to meet the entrepreneurial business and revenue objectives of each
JV Partner. The Affiliate
increases its opportunity to earn consulting and other personal service
fees from its clients as well as commission fees from ENSYTE. If
the Affiliate builds a client base of 10, 20 or more companies, it
can realize a sizeable JV income to complement the current revenue
base. Each company, ENSYTE and the Affiliate, structures the
agreement to accentuate its strengths and to minimize its competitive
weaknesses, thus, becoming stronger overall.
