It includes software modules for tracking Business Associates, Contracts, Purchase & Sales Deals, Nominations & Scheduling, Pipeline Rates, Storage Inventories, Customer Transportation and end of month AP and AR Accounting.

All GASTAR applications are built on a standard SQL database(ORACLE or Microsoft) and are configured for each client’s business profile. Since GASTAR also shares the PRIMEDB database, the business applications, offered in modular suites, cover the entire business spectrum from the Well Head to the Burner tip.

OGCIS is a contract management module for handling specific oil and gas contracts, such as the NAESB Agreement and general-purpose contracts such as license and service agreements.

The generic features include the Contract Header with counter parties, agreement and termination dates, notice provisions, units of measure and applicable law. The generic features also include Alerts (tickler files), Amendments, code based Provisions, Summary Notes for recording a brief Abstract and a data Tab for Miscellaneous User specified contract data.

Each specific Contract type, such as WH Sales, includes special purpose Tabs to record transaction points, rates and other information specific to that business process. New, specific, contract types can be added easily with construction of a single Tab for the unique information.

ENSYTE’s Document Management features are tied to each Contract Amendment so that critical documents and images can be scanned and stored with the Contract.

Pricing is based strictly on benefits derived, which are generally calculated as a monthly fee considering the number of Users and the expected property or document count. Since the software solution will scale up to the larger companies, at a certain point, the client may elect to license the products and subscribe to a quarterly technical support and software maintenance program.

Our goal is to make the software available for each organization at a mutually agreed cost/benefit ratio, no matter the size of the company. We have an installation on a laptop for an individual, in a 20+ well company and in the planning stages for a multi-division company.
