LANDTRAC™

An exciting new Land Tract, Lease, Unit and Operating Agreement software solution for the Oil and Gas Producer and the Independent Landman. It is also the only software to include an integrated Well Head Marketing option with the Well setup and assignment of the DOI.

LANDTRAC is the one solution for managing the Company’s business from the identification of land tracts and mineral interest holders in a Prospect through the life cycle of leasing, unitizing, negotiating operating agreements and finally to recording well level DOI along with marketing information. The Well Head Marketing features also link directly to OGCIS to extend Land Lease management to oil and gas marketing and revenue management.

LANDTRAC performs the typical and expected land administration tasks that other, traditional programs address. LANDTRAC goes much further than any competing product toward providing the company with a financial and operational business advantage along with substantive administration benefits.

LANDTRAC has a unique and highly effective method of presenting data. The Data Tree, left panel, presents a Company/Play and Prospect organization of the data. The Lease Tab is selected to present the Leases in a Prospect. For a highlighted Lease, the Tracts are displayed in the lower Grid. In this example screen, Leases are listed in the upper Grid. Highlight a Lease and its associated Tracts are presented in the Lower Grid. Select a different Lease and the related Tracts will ‘pop up’ in the 2nd grid. To drill down further, Rt Click on a row in either Grid to present a screen menu, select the desired screen and it will ‘pop up’ with the data. The standard data presentation is to list the target data in the top Grid with associated data presented in the lower Grids. For example, the Unit Tab will list Units in the top Grid and the associated Leases and Tracts in lower Grids. This technique is a highly effective method of presenting data to meet any type of inquiry.

Unique to LANDTRAC is that from the Operating Agreement Grid, the Well Head Marketing module can be accessed to record well information and maintain the DOI (Division of Interest) for each well.
