Document & Image Storage

Imaging Systems have been available for some time; however, they are generally costly and beyond the reach of many Companies. ENSYTE includes with all of its software applications a process to store any type of a document or a scanned image with the Contract. No complex search procedures for finding a stored document or image.  Simply click the View Menu on a screen, select the document or image of interest and then click View.  The selected document or image is presented in it's proper Window application program for viewing.  Security provisions are available to prevent unauthorized parties from deleting or editing the document or image.

Contracts and stored documents and images can be viewed anywhere on the Company's IT network or across the internet, if enabled.  Password protection and Your Company's data management and backup procedures will ensure that documents are not lost and that everyone who needs access can view the information with a few clicks of the mouse.

        index less differential and complete netback charge summary.

  • NAESB/GISB Master Purchase and Sales Deal Agreement: Wholesale spot and
        firm contracts for purchase and sales transactions.

  • Gas Pipeline: Interstate and long haul transportation with telescoping and postage
        stamp rate structures.

  • Time and Location Swaps: Swap transactions with gain/loss terms and conditions.

  • Storage Operations: Gas storage contracts on pipelines or with storage operators.
